To rent a car you will need:
- A valid driver's license (Saudi or international)
- A valid credit card in your name
- A valid ID or passport
- You must be at least 21 years of age (additional young driver fees may apply for drivers under 25)

In the unlikely event of an accident, do the following:
- Do not leave the accident location or move the vehicle
- Immediately contact the authorities (Najm if other party is insured or police if not)
- Request an official accident report from authorities
- Contact us to provide any required support (advice on what to do, vehicle replacement, and more)

You should NOT:
- Sign any documents unless requested by authorities
- Sign any document that exempts the other party of responsibility unless consulted and instructed by an Enterprise representative.

An accident involving bodily injury must be reported to the police department in the community in which it occurred.

Yes, you can add an additional driver to your reservation. The additional driver must be present at the rental counter with a valid driver's license and ID. Additional driver fees may apply. Please check the current rates at your chosen location.

Vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel. You are required to return the vehicle with a full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank, a refuelling charge will be applied based on the missing fuel plus a service fee.

Yes, you can modify or cancel your reservation online or by contacting us directly. Prepaid reservations may be subject to cancellation fees. Please review the cancellation policy at the time of booking for specific terms and conditions.

Basic third-party liability insurance is included in all our rental rates as required by Saudi law. We also offer additional coverage options such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) and Personal Accident Insurance (PAI). We recommend reviewing your existing car or travel insurance coverage before purchasing additional protection.

The minimum age to rent a car is 21 years. Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 may be subject to a young driver surcharge. Drivers must hold a valid driving license for at least one year.

Cross-border travel with a rental vehicle requires prior written authorization from Enterprise and may not be permitted for all vehicles. Additional fees and insurance requirements apply. Please contact us in advance if you plan to travel across borders.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and mada debit cards. Cash payments are not accepted for the security deposit. Payment is processed in Saudi Riyals (SAR).
